Do you know…you can “Specify”
which date you want to have ERAConnect post to? One of the enhancements for 2008, is that you can now choose from 3 options for posting dates; 1. today’s date (default), 2. Check Date, and now 3. Specify date! Go to the tools tab, click on Options, then on Deposit Defaults. Then choose the option that is right for you. If you choose “specify date”, a calendar will appear when you click on the post button to post the check. Just choose the date you want to use, and ERAConnect will start posing. This option is great if you know and want to use the date the check actually deposited in your account, rather than the check date or today’s date. |
