Payer Errors?

Occasionally payers will not send back all the information in the way they received it, such as leaving off the modifiers or changing the zeros to the letter O in the chart numbers.  ERAConnect will identify the error and allow you to correct it.

Can I Change what ERAConnect Posts?

 Yes,  ERAConnect allows you to change the following items:

·Chart Number

·Procedure Date

·Procedure Code

·Modifiers

·Payer Sequence (primary, secondary or tertiary payer)

What date will ERAConnect use to Post? 

ERAConnect will allow you to specify the date of posting/deposit to any date you choose!
